Inspired by Southeast Asian basket-weaving traditions, this coastal storage trunk brings easy, lived-in texture to a room. The kubu rattan has a softly weathered gray-brown tone with natural shifts in shading, while a woven lid and thick braided trim give it a tactile, layered finish. Built-in cutout handles make it easy to move from room to room, and the framed interior holds throws, extra pillows, or other everyday essentials. Low gray feet lift the weave just off the floor. Placed in front of a sofa, the lid offers a casual spot for a book or decorative accent.
  • Weathered gray kubu rattan has naturally varied shading.
  • A woven lid closes over roomy storage for throws and pillows.
  • Broad braided edging adds dimension to the coastal silhouette.
  • Integrated side handholds and raised feet add everyday practicality.
  • Interior framing and a 50-pound weight capacity support regular use.
