Delivery Time
Please allow up to 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order for shipment from the warehouse.
For estimated total delivery time, please refer to individual product descriptions. Note that the estimated number of days are in business days and that the delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
Heavy & Oversized Items
Some of our heavy and oversized products will be delivered in-home. They will be specified as white glove delivery in the product description.
The majority of heavy and oversized products will ship curbside (not white glove) with a freight carrier. These deliveries are different from regular shipments in 2 ways:
- Delivery is by appointment. The carrier will contact you a few days prior to arrival and arrange a 2-4 hour window to deliver the items.
- Customer will be responsible for moving the products into his/her residence once the truck arrives at the delivery destination.
Curbside delivery is the standard across the furniture industry given the immense cost of shipping heavy and oversized products. We offer this service free to our customers.
We recommend customers who have difficulty moving heavy/bulky items to arrange separate local moving help to carry the product into your desired room.
Policy and Terms
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are unavailable to pickup your order or refuse any shipments from us for any reason other than damages, you will be held responsible for the delivery shipping costs that we incurred, plus the cost of returning the package to us and a restocking fee (20% of the order value). This amount will be deducted from your order refund. Shipping and logistics is a very costly and complicated component of the furniture/decor industry. This policy is in place to prevent abuse of our free shipping offer.
