It is our belief that creative, beautiful interior design should be enjoyed by all. When we curate our catalog, we not only look for great aesthetics and functionality, but also accessibility in terms of value and pricing. 

Our Guarantee

Within 14 days after your purchase, if you find Froy, Wayfair, Amazon, Target, Walmart, or Home Depot selling the same item at a lower price, send us an e-mail at support@froy.com with a link to the item. We'll do a quick review and credit you with the difference in price between what you paid and what is listed on the competing retailer's store if approved.

The Details

The Price Match Policy is effective 14 days from the date you place your original order. The item must be sold and fulfilled by Wayfair, Amazon, Target, Walmart, or Home Depot (in other words, not by a 3rd-party marketplace seller).

The item being price matched must be identical in terms of color, size, model, version, weight, quantity, and is in-stock. The lower prices set by the competing retailer must not violate terms set by the original manufacturer or wholesaler (ex., pricing below minimum advertised price).

The guarantee does not cover the following: clearance/closeout sales, time-sensitive sales (ex., flash sales), or holiday sales. The lower price at the competing retailer must include taxes, shipping and handling, or any other fees incurred for the item to be delivered to the customer.
